RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS POLICY

STANDARD PRODUCTS

Pursuant to the Consumer Rights Act, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.

Return conditions for standard products:

  • The product must be intact

  • The goods must be returned in their original packaging.

  • The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

  • The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS - NO RETURNS POSSIBILITY

PLEASE NOTE: Personalized (engraved/embossed) products are not returnable, as their personalization prevents resale. A seller cannot sell a returned item that was custom-made for a specific person, as the item was custom-fitted to that person.

Personalized products include:

  • Velvet wedding albums with laser engraving/embossing

  • Wedding vow covers with personalized names

  • Guest books with a personalized inscription

  • All products are made according to individual customer specifications

Legal basis:

Pursuant to Article 38, paragraph 3 of the Consumer Rights Act, the customer has no right to withdraw from the contract in the case of personalized orders, i.e. those prepared according to the customer's specifications or intended to meet their individual needs.

COMPLAINTS AND QUALITY GUARANTEE

Even though it is not possible to return personalized products, you have the right to make a complaint in the event of:

Product disadvantages:

  • Errors in the engraving (not in accordance with the order)

  • Mechanical damage caused during the production process

  • Material defects (e.g. damage to the velvet)

  • Product discrepancies with the description or design

Complaints procedure:

Submitting a complaint within 14 days of receiving the goods

Attach photos documenting the defect

Description of the problem and the expected solution

Complaints will be considered within 14 business days

PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTION

Each personalized product undergoes a thorough quality check before shipping. If you have any questions about the design or specifications, we will contact you before production begins.
