Wedding day & reception coordination
Coordinating a wedding day is a bit like… directing a play where everyone is an actor, but only one person knows when to hand out the rings, when the cake arrives, and who should be ready for the first dance.
And please note – this work doesn't start on your wedding day. I start work two or three weeks beforehand to put everything together like a puzzle: contacting your subcontractors, reviewing contracts, setting a schedule, and finalizing details.
That way, when THE day arrives, everyone knows where to be and what time. Meanwhile, you can enjoy getting ready, laugh with friends over prosecco, or quietly practice your makeup – instead of answering calls from the florist or DJ. On your wedding day, I'm in the background – invisible, but vigilant. I make sure the script runs like a well-oiled machine, and you can experience every moment instead of putting out fires.

📑 Wedding Day Scenario – I create a step-by-step scenario for your day. Not chaos and a million boxes, but a clear checklist that ensures each step leads seamlessly to the next.
☎️ Contact with subcontractors – from now on, everyone calls me, not you.
You only get nice messages (preferably from your fiancé with a bouquet of flowers 😉).
🎶 Collaboration with the service provider – I check the details with the venue, DJ, photographer, and florist. They have clear instructions, I supervise, and you can relax.
👗 Attention to detail – whether the bouquet is in place, the veil is pinned, the cake is in the fridge, and the best man knows when to hand over the rings.
🎤 Wedding day coordination – I'm in the venue, keeping track of the hours and the flow of events, and reacting when something goes wrong. I have a plan B and C ready, agreed upon with you in advance. You only see the result – everything happens at the right moment, without stress or questions like "where are the rings?!"
💌 Post-wedding care - I finish the day with you, staying with you until the last attraction or max. until 1 a.m., making sure that all the technical issues are taken care of, and that you can simply go home with a smile and wedding euphoria!
